Pricing FAQ

Heymarket offers four plans: Standard, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan is based on the features included. We bill our plans per user, and each plan has a minimum of two users.

Our pricing is based on the following steps:

  1. Choose your plan. Heymarket offers four plans: Standard, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan is based on the number of types of features included.
  2. Select your users. All plans have a minimum of two users. Select the number of users in your team, and your plan will be billed per user.
  3. Choose your message bundle. Select how many messages you need to send. If you exceed the number of messages you purchased, you will be moved to the next tier (more on this below).
  4. Select monthly or annual billing. Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to two months of Heymarket free, spread out over the course of the year.
  5. Add any add-ons. You can purchase additional features for certain plans.
In addition to the features listed in each plan, each user gets an inbox and a phone number if needed. If your team has five users, your Heymarket subscription will include up to five shared inboxes, each with a phone number. They can be set up at any time.
There is a $10 per month per campaign charge that covers all 10DLC registration and compliance for your Heymarket account.
Your messages are pooled across all inboxes. If you exceed the number of messages you purchased, you will not be charged overages. Instead, you will be moved to the next tier of messages based on your usage. If you ever need to change your messages allotments, you can modify your plan to do so at the end of your billing period.
1 SMS segment = a 160 bytes message = a 160 basic text character message.
If you go over 160 basic text characters you are charged for additional SMS segments.
For example: 1-160 character(s) = 1 SMS segment and 161-306 characters = 2 SMS segments.
MMS counts as 1 segment.
A Heymarket team is a group of users and objects (e.g., contacts, templates, lists, etc), where the objects in the team are shared by default. A team can have one or more shared inboxes, each of which can be configured to support various messaging channels. Administrators control who in the team has access to which shared inboxes. Inboxes are typically set up to message for each department (e.g., Sales, Operations) and/or location (e.g., New York, San Francisco)
Heymarket supports majors credit cards. For Enterprise, Plus and Pro subscriptions, invoice billing is also available.
Annual subscriptions include a discount equivalent to two months of Heymarket for free, spread out over the course of the year. We also offer discounts for nonprofit organizations and for customers that sign up for a high volume of users or messages.
